Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26, 1978) was born in Campinas, So Paulo. She has acted in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira has been a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime since the month of March in 2020. She is currently an analyst in charge of the Assassination Witness project, and is a core member of G-TOC's multilateral engagement team. Research conducted by the GITOC concentrates on the assassination of people, disappearances and other forms of violence in the context of illicit economies. Research interests include the effects of organized crime on law, policy and laws relating to the human right. Ana Paula holds an LL.M cum laude in International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds earned an LL.M. degree with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate of The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with an MAGNACUM LOVE degree in Legal Sciences and Social Sciences. After working for a four-year duration at a multinational law firm, she is licensed as an attorney. Past experiences include assisting as a non-governmental agency located in Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
