Antonia's Lofaso invites you discover her worldview by the food she cooks. Her dishes all have a common vision, embracing the present while reminiscing fondly on the past. Scopa Italian Roots is a restaurant founded by Lofaso in 2013. She opened it due to her Italian-American background. The restaurant's version of traditional Italian cuisine is one of the top restaurants in Los Angeles. Lofaso is described as a neighborhood restaurant that consistently serves dishes that are authentic, tasty and inviting. Lofaso trained under some of the best chefs in the world and learned their advanced methods, yet she was not afraid to go against her intuitions. Following her rapid rise to the top of the ladder and transforming several Los Angeles high-profile restaurants while working with high-profile stars. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in the year 2011. The home of Lofaso was located in Black Market Liquor Bar and her business alliances. Lofaso could finally enjoy the creative freedom she desired. Black Market doesn't have one specific focus. This is the intention. This course would begin with potato chips flavored with dill Shishito peppers, then continue with Korean Wings. Antonia is the center of this dizzying assortment. Lofaso evaluated her career success based on her ability to understand and remain genuine to her audience. The memorable appearances on Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her unique personality in the cooking area. Lofaso's talents are also apparent in her regular roles as a CNBC's Restaurant Startup judge, and on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child & ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso has released her book, The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Easy and Delicious recipes in 2012, with Penguin. It also told the story of how she faced challenges during her time at the French Culinary Institute. She also raised her daughter Xea, as well. Lofaso states that her love to cook is the main factor behind her success. She stays on top of things by keeping an eye on trends and fashion.
